Why Do We Travel? (Video)

Fathom contributing editor Stephanie March went to South Asia and made a beautiful movie. 

In July, I traveled to Nepal and India with an amazing photographer (and now dear friend), Michael Crook. Michael and I were charged with shooting a video for World of Children to document their work in the field. The video was a great project, and we loved working on it. However, as so often happens with travel, one thing led to another...

CUT TO: Michael and I shoot another video about travel itself, why I love to do it, how it stimulates a curious mind and nourishes the belly, soul, and (occasionally) closet. Without even meaning to, we made a movie about the Fathom ethos. We just couldn't help ourselves.
