The Little Nell’s grand in-house restaurant is named in honor of Aspen’s mining roots (Silver is #47 on the periodic table), but executive chef Matt Zubrod and chef de cuisine Matt Padilla's dishes look more like lush and gorgeous jewelscapes. The menu is divided into small, medium, and large dishes and features Wagyu beef from nearby Emma Farms. Don’t forget the wine: it is consistently rated one of the world’s best.
