Here are the internet happenings that caught our attention this week.
I've discovered a new rabbit hole, courtesy of the ever-innovative SFMOMA. Send Me SFMOMA is the fun and clever text-based app the museum launched to help virtual visitors discover the 34,678 pieces in its collection, only five percent of which it can show. Text 572-51 and type "send me ___" where the blank is a word or an emoji. I asked for beauty, cows, beach, and poker and was totally charmed by the results. – Pavia, CEO
New indie travel magazine alert: Dill Magazine, a quarterly dedicated to telling stories behind Asian dishes and the people who make and serve them. The first issue, which ships mid-July, is all about noodles. – Daniel, editorial assistant
Just found this #SpeakingDance hashtag via the NYT and love the visual explorations of movement in quick video format. – Jeralyn, editorial director
This relatively unknown modernist city in Eritrea just became Africa's latest UNESCO World Heritage Site. – Daniel
Any chance you'll be in Oshkosh, WI, next week? Those attending the EAA AirVenture convention can pretend they are part of Blue Origin's flight crew during a simulated space ride. – Jeralyn
