The Scene: Meat on the grill may as well be the national hobby of Argentina. Asado refers to both the grilling style and the large slabs of meat cooked on the parrilla.
The Meal: Enormous cuts of salted beef (or lamb or pork) accompanied by chimichurri sauce or salsa.
