GENGHIS KHAN BARBECUE - Japan

The Scene: A local specialty on the northern island of Hokkaido. Often served around an outdoor grill during cherry blossom season.

The Meal: Thinly sliced mutton and vegetables served with a sauce made by adding fruit and wine to a soy sauce base.
